Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

Merglow (the “App”) is developed and published by Ümit Üregün, an independent developer based in Türkiye (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles, how it is used, and the choices you have.

The short version

No account, no sign-up, no login. We never ask for your name, e-mail or phone number.
Your game progress is stored locally on your device, not on our servers — we do not operate any servers.
Advertising and analytics providers (Google) collect limited device data described below.
You control personalized advertising through the iOS tracking prompt and, in the EEA/UK, a consent form.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide

None through the App itself — there is no registration, profile, chat or content creation. If you contact support by e-mail, we receive your e-mail address and the contents of your message, which we use only to respond to you.

Information collected automatically by third-party SDKs

Device information: model, operating system version, language, region, app version.
Identifiers: the identifier for vendors (IDFV); the advertising identifier (IDFA) only if you allow tracking in the iOS prompt.
IP address: processed transiently by the providers to derive approximate (city-level) location, serve ads and prevent fraud.
Usage events: levels started and completed, features used, in-app purchases made (product identifiers only — never payment details).
Advertising data: which ads were shown and interacted with.
Diagnostics: crash and performance data.

Information we do NOT collect

Precise location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, health data, messages or browsing history.

3. How We Use Information

To operate, maintain and improve the game (legitimate interests).
To show advertising, measure it, cap ad frequency and prevent fraud (legitimate interests for non-personalized ads; your consent for personalized ads where required).
To understand aggregate usage through analytics (legitimate interests, or consent where required).
To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not use it for marketing e-mails — we do not even have your e-mail address unless you write to us.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following providers, which process data under their own privacy policies:

Google AdMob (advertising) — Google Privacy Policy, AdMob ad technology partners
Google Firebase Analytics (analytics) — Firebase Privacy and Security
Apple App Store / StoreKit (purchases) — all payments are processed entirely by Apple. We never receive or store your payment details.

These providers may transfer data internationally with appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) and retain it for the limited periods defined in their policies.

5. Advertising and Your Choices

iOS tracking permission (ATT)

On first launch, iOS asks whether Merglow may track you across other companies’ apps and websites. If you allow it, ads can be personalized using the advertising identifier; if you decline, you still see ads, but non-personalized ones. You can change this anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

EEA, UK and Switzerland

If you are in these regions, a consent form is shown before ads are requested. You can accept, decline, or manage options — and change your choice later from Settings → Ad Privacy Options inside the App.

Removing ads

The optional Remove Ads purchase permanently disables banner and full-screen ads. Rewarded ads remain available as a voluntary choice.

6. Data Retention and Security

Game progress and settings live only on your device; deleting the App deletes them. Data collected by Google is retained for the limited periods described in its policies and then deleted or aggregated. Our providers use industry-standard security measures; however, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Residents of Türkiye have the rights set out in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK). Residents of certain U.S. states have comparable rights; the ad-related choices in Section 5 act as your opt-out of ad personalization.

Because the App keeps no accounts and we operate no servers, most collected data is held by the providers in Section 4. Contact us at info@tenisify.app and we will help you exercise your rights or direct your request to the correct provider. To erase all local data, simply delete the App.

8. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 years of age (or the higher minimum age of digital consent in your region), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
