Open the Shop and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy. Non-consumable products (Remove Ads, Starter Pack) are restorable; coin packs are consumables and are applied once at purchase.

Playing a level costs one heart. Hearts refill on their own over time, the daily gift includes a free heart, you can assemble hearts by watching optional rewarded ads (three pieces make one heart), and you can refill instantly with coins.

The piggy bank fills automatically with a share of the coins you win. Once it holds at least 1,000 coins, you can open it with the Piggy Bank purchase and add the whole saved balance to your wallet.

That is intentional. Remove Ads permanently disables banner and full-screen ads. Rewarded ads are optional — they only play if you choose to watch them for extra coins or hearts.

Yes. Your progress, coins and settings are stored on your device only. Deleting the app erases them permanently. After reinstalling, Restore Purchases can bring back non-consumable purchases, but not progress or coins.

In the EEA, UK and Switzerland: Settings → Ad Privacy Options inside the app. The iOS tracking permission can be changed anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

All purchases are billed by Apple, and refunds are handled exclusively by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

E-mail us with your device model, iOS version and what you were doing when the problem occurred. A screenshot or screen recording makes fixes much faster.
