Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 21, 2026

The short version: Klipsa collects no personal data. Your photos never leave your iPhone — every scan, comparison and cleanup happens on your device. There are no accounts, no analytics, no ads, no tracking, and the app works fully offline. The only information we can ever receive is an email you choose to send us.

Who we are

Klipsa is an iOS application published by Ümit Üregün (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what happens to your information when you use Klipsa. You can reach us any time at info@tenisify.app.

Data we collect: none

Klipsa is built so that we cannot see your data, because none of it ever reaches us:

No account or sign-up — we don’t know who you are.
No analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs of any kind.
No servers of ours receive your photos, videos, file names, statistics or device identifiers.
The app is fully functional offline — you can run it in Airplane Mode.

Klipsa’s App Store privacy label is “Data Not Collected”, and this policy is the long version of the same sentence.

Your photo library

Klipsa asks for access to your photo library for exactly one purpose: analyzing your photos and videos on your device to find duplicates, similar shots, screenshots, screen recordings and large videos. All processing runs locally on your iPhone using Apple’s on-device frameworks. Nothing is uploaded, transmitted or shared — with us or anyone else.

Deletions only ever happen through the standard iOS confirmation dialog, and deleted items remain in the iOS “Recently Deleted” album for about 30 days, where you can restore them. You may grant limited access instead of full access; the app will explain the reduced results and keep working.

Purchases

Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed entirely by Apple through your App Store account. We never receive or store your name, payment details or billing address. Apple provides us only with anonymized transaction records needed to unlock the features you bought. Apple’s handling of your data is described in Apple’s Privacy Policy.

Notifications

If you enable reminders (such as the weekly cleanup nudge or a trial reminder), these are local notifications scheduled by the app on your device. They do not involve any server and can be switched off any time in the app’s settings or in iOS Settings.

When you email us

The only personal data we can ever receive is what you choose to send us by email: your email address and the content of your message. We use it solely to answer you, we never add it to marketing lists or share it with anyone, and we will delete the correspondence on request — just ask in your email.

Third-party services

Klipsa contains no third-party SDKs, no ad networks and no analytics providers. The only third party involved in your use of Klipsa is Apple, as the operator of iOS and the App Store.

Children's privacy

Klipsa is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). Since Klipsa collects no personal data from anyone, it also collects none from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or Türkiye’s KVKK), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data. Because Klipsa holds no personal data about you, there is normally nothing for us to hand over or erase — the single exception is support email, which we will delete on request. Changes to this policy

If we ever change how Klipsa works in a way that affects your privacy, we will update this page and change the date at the top before the change takes effect. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
