If the photo doesn’t clearly show a coin, banknote, or stamp — or it’s too blurry or dark — ValueLens tells you nothing was found instead of guessing. No scan is charged in that case. Try again with the item centered, filling the frame, in even light.

No. Values are estimated ranges produced from reference data and AI analysis — useful for curiosity and orientation, but they are not professional appraisals, and ValueLens does not verify authenticity. For buying, selling, or insurance decisions, consult a qualified professional.

You get 5 free identifications to try the app — a one-time allowance, not a daily reset. After that you can buy a one-time credit pack (25 or 100 scans), or get the Yearly Pass, an auto-renewable annual subscription that includes up to 100 identifications per month. The Pass renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel it anytime in your Apple Account settings. Credit packs never expire and don’t renew.

Go to Settings → Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account, so they restore on any device signed in with the same account.

Your collection lives only on your device — we don’t store it on our servers. Delete any item from its detail page, or remove everything by uninstalling the app.
