By downloading, accessing or using the Mentalify application (“the App”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use. These Terms apply to the App developed and operated by Ümit Üregün (Mentalify) (“we”, “us”). If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the App.
Mentalify is an iOS application offering brain-training games and mental exercises for entertainment and self-improvement. The App is a personal-use product; it does not connect you with other users and does not process user-to-user interactions.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license transfers no ownership rights.
You agree to: use the App only for lawful purposes; not bypass, disable or interfere with the App’s security or technical measures; not reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the App; and, if you are under 18, use the App only with the consent of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for all use of the App on your device.
The App is completely free and ad-free. All games and features are available at no cost. There are no subscriptions and no paywall.
The App offers an optional “Tip Jar” so you can voluntarily support the developer. Tips are one-time, consumable purchases (for example: Tea, Coffee and Special). Tips do not unlock any content, features or removal of limits, everything in the App is already free. A tip is simply a way to say thank you.
– All payments are processed through the Apple App Store under Apple’s terms; we do not access or store your card or payment information.
– Tips are one-time purchases and do not renew. There is nothing to cancel.
– Refund requests are subject to Apple’s refund policy and are handled directly by Apple.
– We may add, change or remove optional tip items, and may introduce other paid features in the future. Any such changes will be reflected in an updated version of these Terms.
Mentalify is intended solely for entertainment and mental exercise. It does not provide, and is not a substitute for, medical diagnosis, treatment or professional health advice. Scores, levels and indicators such as “brain power” or “memory training” are gamified entertainment metrics, not clinical measurements. Consult a qualified professional for any concerns about your cognitive or mental health.
The Mentalify name, logo, icon, interface design, graphics, text, game mechanics, source code and all other components are the exclusive property of Ümit Üregün (Mentalify) and are protected by national and international intellectual property, copyright and trademark laws.
You are granted only a limited, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes under these Terms. No ownership right is transferred to you.
The following are strictly prohibited: copying, reproducing, distributing, renting, selling, sub-licensing or publicly displaying the App in whole or in part; creating derivative works; reverse-engineering, decompiling or disassembling the App or otherwise attempting to access its source code; removing or altering any trademark, logo or copyright notice; and using the Mentalify name, logo or design without our prior written permission.
Any violation of these rights constitutes intellectual property infringement and entitles Ümit Üregün (Mentalify) to pursue all available criminal and civil remedies, including claims for damages and injunctive relief. All rights reserved.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that defects will be corrected. We are not responsible for losses arising from server outages, data loss, technical faults, or issues caused by third-party providers (such as Apple).
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ümit Üregün (Mentalify) and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profit, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. In any event, our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us through the App, if any. Because the App is offered free of charge, for most users this amount is zero.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App, without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, misuse of the App, or where required by law or a competent authority. You may end your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect when published. Continued use of the App after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.
We shall not be liable for any service disruption caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, epidemics, cyber-attacks, internet infrastructure failures, third-party provider outages or changes in law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ümit Üregün (Mentalify) against all claims, actions and damages (including legal fees) brought by third parties arising from your breach of these Terms or unlawful use of the App.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts of Türkiye shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms. You waive in advance any right to bring proceedings in foreign courts.
